And every February & March, the same people seem to disappear.. One of the main reasons why I don’t discount my offerings in January.
January is when we build momentum towards your goals. And that momentum requires structure, frequency, and accountability.

Why I Offer Package Promotions (And Not Discounts) in January
Results don’t come from single, isolated workouts. Nor do they come from program hopping.
They come from repeated exposure to the right stimulus, executed with intention and progression.
Training once or twice “when life allows” rarely creates meaningful change. Training consistently, with a clear plan, always does.

8 Session “FOUNDATIONS” Package
Best for: 1-2x per week & establishing consistency
Includes:
- Initial Assessment & Goal-Setting Session
- 4-week structured training plan (repeatable)
- Performance benchmarks + end-point review
This package is for clients who want structure, professional guidance, and a clear starting point, without overcommitting. No bonus sessions but you are setting the foundation for your future health & fitness lifestyle.

12+1 Session “MOMENTUM” Package *Most Popular*
Best for: 2-3x per week & strength, fat loss, and performance goals
Includes:
- 1 Bonus Sessions (13 Total)
- Initial Assessment & Goal-Setting Session
- 8-week custom training outline
- Lifestyle + recovery guidance session
This is the sweet spot for most people. Enough volume to create visible change, improved performance, and accountability that sticks.

Best for: 3-5x per week & true commitment to results + lifestyle change
Includes:
- 2 Bonus Sessions (22 Total)

Why Bonus Sessions Beat Discounts
Bonus sessions increase engagement. Period.
This structure:
- Preserves the value of coaching
- Rewards consistency
- Encourages higher training frequency
- Aligns expectations from day one
Discounting sessions, offering free intros, etc. sounds like a good idea but I’ve been doing this long enough to know that discounts lower client commitment and expectations. Bonus sessions reward consistency without devaluing my coaching services. Clients can train more often and see better results.
