Every client begins with Nutrition Foundations, a 12-week onboarding phase that establishes the habits, framework, and decision-making skills needed to achieve lasting results.

All clients begin with TWP Nutrition Foundations, a 12-week structured onboarding phase designed to establish clarity and consistency.
During this phase, we build:

- Skills to navigate travel, social events, and busy weeks
- Awareness around hunger, energy, and recovery
- Weekly accountability and coaching feedback
This phase ensures you are set up for long-term success — whether your goal is fat loss, performance, or general health.

1. Nutrition Foundations
12-Week In-Depth Nutrition Coaching Program — $499
This is the starting point and foundation for all new nutrition clients.

- Comprehensive nutrition intake and assessment

- Weekly check-ins and coaching feedback
- Ongoing adjustments based on progress and lifestyle

By the end of 12 weeks, you will have a clear, repeatable nutrition system you can execute with confidence.
2. Ongoing Nutrition Coaching
Month-to-Month 1:1 Support — $149 / month
After completing the Nutrition Foundations program, clients have the option to continue with ongoing coaching.

- Long-term guidance through busy seasons, travel, or training cycles

Ongoing coaching is only available after completing Nutrition Foundations.

Do you provide meal plans?
No.

Do I have to track macros?
Not necessarily.
Tracking is a tool, not a requirement. Some clients use macros initially for awareness, while others focus on portioning and habits. Your approach will be based on what best supports consistency and results

Nutrition Foundations establishes the structure, habits, and decision-making skills needed for long-term success. Ongoing coaching is only available after completing this phase to ensure results are sustainable.
